Early selection of booth space will offer a selection of certain location that have visibility advantages over others.

What about hotel accommodations near the conference venue.

AIC has contracted for special rates with The Omni Hotel at the conference center. The travel section of the web site provided both area maps and links to each of the sponsoring hotels.

Not meal tickets, but exhibitors are treated to several events which food and drinks are provided at no cost. Additionally, AIC does give each exhibitor a number of refreshment tickets to be used as they wish.
