The Conferences has more than 50 focused exhibitors in 50,000 square feet of exhibit and session space. Successful exhibitors know that because of the size of the show, pre-show promotion is essential. Platinum Sponsorship SPSH-P

A high visibility Sponsorship - Participating firms will enjoy significant corporate profile including exposure in thousands of pre-show marketing pieces. A Platinum Sponsorship includes a full- page advertisement in the show guide, industry-wide corporate visibility through the event web site, and Session sponsorship visibility. This Sponsorship includes:
  • Corporate logo ON THE FRONT of the Attendee Planning Guide. Over 1,000 Attendee Planners will be given to all attendees. Attendees use this to determine their attendance interest and decide which sessions to attend. A pdf version will be emailed to all registered attendees one month before the conference.

Air SPSH-TPA Ground SPSH-TPG Freight SPSH-TPF A special sponsorship for the Conference Travel Partner. AIC is a international conference and many of the participants will travel to the United States to attend.

The Transportation Sponsor will received strong marketing position, including show guide exposure, session sponsorship, and web site exposure. This Sponsorship will provide your firm with strong profiling before, during and after the event via printed material, show web sites and the conference program.
    This Sponsorship includes:

The cost of this sponsorship is not paid in dollars but rather at a level of service provided by the Sponsor (freight services, tickets, etc). call for details.

Delegate Lanyard Sponsorship SPSH-DL

One exhibitor will have the exclusive opportunity of having their corporate name/logo on ALL attendee and exhibitor lanyards at the event. This sponsorship offers the pinnacle of on-site exposure.

Attendee Bag Distribution Sponsorship SPSH-AB

One exhibitor will have the opportunity to provide and hand out Literature Show Bags featuring their company name and logo at the entrance to the trade show to all attendees. This also includes one insert in the corporate bags. There will only be one type of corporate bag distributed at the entrance. Sponsor to provide bag, insert and host/hostess to distribute. Bags may also be made available at show guide distribution locations.

Aisle Signage Sponsorships SPSH-AS

Exclusive right to sponsor your aisle at the trade show. Create a simple way for potential customers to find you at the show and increase your profile outside the confines of your booth. Your company name and logo is posted visibly on the aisle signage.

Press Reception Sponsorship SPSH-PR

The Press Reception and Expo Tour Opening will be for Exhibitors, VIPs, and the Press. This exclusive opening will be an excellent opportunity to show case your booth as a photo session will tale place using your booth as the backdrop.
This Sponsorship includes:
  • Organization name and logo on Press Kit materials.
  • Special interview with the Press relating your organization to the focus of the Conference.
  • Ushers will wear your organization banner during reception with literature for handouts.

Breakfast Sponsor SPSH-B1 and SPSH-B2

Each of the two Session/Exhibit days will be opened by a Sponsored Buffet Breakfast for the Exhibitors and Attendees. Signage at the Breakfast buffet and seating area will identify your organization as its Sponsor. Your literature will be distributed at each breakfast table. This setting provides for a captured audience that will see your materials while enjoying the morning meal.

Lunch Sponsor SPSH-L1 and SPSH-L2

Each of the two Session/Exhibit days will be opened by a Sponsored Buffet Luncheon for the Exhibitors and Attendees. Signage at the Luncheon buffet and seating area will identify your organization as its Sponsor. Your literature will be distributed at each table. This setting provides for a captured audience that will see your materials while enjoying the midday lunch time.

Become a Supporting Association SPON-SA

This Sponsorship is a no cost Sponsorship for associations directly related to the conference focus. It provides the opportunity for the associations members to attend at a discount price and the Association receives a $10 Sponsorship rebate fee paid direct to the Association for each Member attending. There are many reasons for your members to attend, including:
  • Numerous exhibits featuring new and innovative products and services that can provide valuable business solutions and keep attendees informed on the very latest developments.
  • Numerous educational seminars and presentations featuring expert advice on industry trends, property development, investment strategies and ways to increase your Return on Investment (ROI).

  • Continuing education credits on approved conference sessions. Note: If your association offers education credits to members, please let us know and we can arrange to have the proper forms and processes in place to help your members take advantage of this opportunity.

There is currently no cost or fee to become a Supporting Association. Approval for Supporting Association status is made based upon a review of your organization's charter and position within the industry. Approval is granted by a letter of Association acceptance issued by the AIC Conference Executive Director.

SPSH-SF Special Feature

Each day of the Conference has a a special feature set aside to take place in the OMNI Magnolia Room. Your agenda can be a special lecture, presentation, and/or a hospitality event. This special feature session can be one of five special sessions during the Conference. Press will be encouraged to attend each of these sessions. These sessions will get extra promotion in the form of session entry tickets with attendee name and contact information. The ticket s will be provided attendees each morning at the conference entrance. (This sponsorship is available to paid exhibitors only)
