Ground Transportation

There are a number of ways to get to and from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Located just 10 miles south of downtown Atlanta, Hartsfield-Jackson Airport is accessible via local Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) trains and buses, downtown and suburban shuttles and interstate highways.

Taxi

There are taxi’s available at the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Ground Transportation Center, at local hotels and special events throughout the city. Car Rentals

All major car rental companies are available at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and throughout the city. Avis, Budget, Dollar, Hertz, Enterprise, National and Thrifty have registration counters located inside the airport on the first floor within the Atrium. click here for more information

MARTA Bus

MARTA Train

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) provides rail services on two lines. South-North line runs from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport to Atlanta’s downtown, Mid-town, Buckhead, Doraville and Dunwoody. East-West line runs from Indian Creek to Hamilton Holmes.
